Beautiful Texas Bluebonnets cover a field in Texas, near Ennis. Ennis claims the bluebonnet capital of Texas and if you drive the backroads around Ennis in the spring you will encounter breathtaking views of wildflowers. As I drive around in spring, I often stop and take in the view of wildflowers. It is calming, and often serene. Before I capture an image I will enjoy the view and find a perspective that I like. My favorite way to display this image is on metal. The metal print makes the colors and vibrancy pop!
I began my photographic journey in 1972 with a 35mm SLR camera. I learned quickly that I could control the way an image looked and make it look much better than most amateur photographers. Over the following decades, my interest in photography grew as I pursued a career in the high tech industry. Over the years I was encouraged by many friends to turn my "hobby" into a profession.
