Artist's Description
Early spring late evening at the Ft Worth Nature Center & Refuge. A boardwalk stretching over a boggy part of the Trinity River. You can see the boardwalk surrounded by dormant grasses about to be awakened by the arrival of spring. You can also see new growth and how it is rising up through the boards on the boardwalk.
About Patrick Steger
I began my photographic journey in 1972 with a 35mm SLR camera. I learned quickly that I could control the way an image looked and make it look much better than most amateur photographers. Over the following decades, my interest in photography grew as I pursued a career in the high tech industry. Over the years I was encouraged by many friends to turn my "hobby" into a profession. It wasn't until 2002 that I took action and began my professional photography career on a part time basis. From 2002 through 2014 I learned and grew a LOT!
