Buttercups are another wildflower that blooms in the spring in Texas. They will last into early summer in some locations. Delicate pink flowers with white centers bloom amidst lush green foliage. The scene is vibrant and serene, capturing a moment of natural beauty. Whenever I am driving backroads during the spring, I will often find the beautiful delicate wildflowers. While I've never seen an expansive field or roadside full of them, they are frequently growing among or on the fringe of other wildflowers. They do create a lovely contrast to the darker colored wildflowers. I will often get lost in my thoughts as I admire their beauty. This image I like best printed on either canvas or metal. Both of those media make this image look great!
I began my photographic journey in 1972 with a 35mm SLR camera. I learned quickly that I could control the way an image looked and make it look much better than most amateur photographers.
