Artist's Description

Tall evergreen trees stand majestically against a backdrop of a vivid blue sky adorned with fluffy white clouds. Sunlight filters through the dense foliage, casting shadows and highlighting the vibrant green of a particularly bright Aspen tree in the foreground. While exploring a gravel road on the side of one of the Red River, New Mexico mountains I had to stop and admire this lonely Aspen tree that is surrounded by evergreen trees. Nature will catch my attention with unique arrangements like this one. When it does I am always delighted with the feeling of being close to nature and in the presence of something unique. Everywhere else I observed Aspen trees there were multiple Aspens, so finding this one alone was an interesting find for me.
To print this image and hang it on one of your walls, is a way to bring nature into your home and hopefully will also stimulate your memory of forests you have seen in your travels.

About Patrick Steger

Patrick Steger

In 2014 I retired from my high tech career and in 2015 opened my professional photography business full time. My "why" is something I discovered after turning professional. When I began, I thought my...
