Artist's Description
Merry Christmas! This image was captured in Grapevine, Texas. However, I have seen similar holiday Christmas decorations in many places in the southwest United States. I had seen this display many times as I drove to and from work. One evening the sun was just right and I stopped to admire and photograph this large agave plant adorned with colorful Christmas ornaments, giving it a festive appearance. The juxtaposition of the desert plant with holiday decorations creates a unique and whimsical scene. Each year I pull the image to display it to help create a festive holiday spirit.
I recommend printing this image on metal.
