Artist's Description

A scenic roadside view showcases a dense growth of bluebonnets sprawled across a lush green field. The vivid blue blooms create a striking contrast against the natural greenery, under a vibrant blue sky. Spring in Texas is the time when the Texas Bluebonnets bloom. It is also the time I enjoy most about exploring backroads and small towns. Often the backroads are lined with wildflowers. I love to stop and let the landscape lead me to peace and tranquility as I absorb the beauty of the wildflowers. This location reminded me of postcards I've seen showing winding roads lined with Bluebonnets and it brings back memories of family and good times. This winding road is Park Rd 4 near Inks Lake State Park. I suggest a metal print to show off the vibrant colors.

About Patrick Steger

Patrick Steger

When I began, I thought my...
