Artist's Description
This is a yellow columbine, that was in my garden in Grapevine, Texas. A vibrant yellow flower blooms against a deep green backdrop, highlighting the delicate petals and central stamen. The surrounding foliage is softly blurred, adding depth to the image. It was a perfect flower for my mostly shaded garden. The yellow against the dark green always impressed. I could sit on my front porch and enjoy the view when these flowers bloomed. I've had this image printed on metal, canvas, and paper. They all look great and you can't go wrong with any media you select.
